Using the site

Wallpaper Daily is provided as it is, with no warranty. Images are covered by thelicense. Downloading is subject to a free allowance and, beyond that, to signing in.

Fair use of the service

Automated bulk downloading, scraping the full-resolution files, and attempts to work around the download allowance are not permitted, and requests may be rate limited or blocked. Metadata and reduced previews are public and may be indexed by search engines.

Availability

Wallpapers may be changed, re-published at different dimensions, or withdrawn. A wallpaper that is withdrawn stops being downloadable, including for people who downloaded it before.

Changes

These terms may change. Continued use after a change means the new terms apply. The license granted for a file you already downloaded does not become narrower.

The operating entity, governing law, and jurisdiction still need to be confirmed before launch.
